Day One.....

Day one of the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. So far so good, not sore - waiting for that to hit tomorrow!

Will update with progress pics and measurements on day 11 - when I start on level 2, then again on day 21, which will be level 3, and on day 31 when I have finished!


  1. ooo a Jillian work out sounds like hard work! I use to do rowing and after every work out I felt like I was going to die! Look forward to seeing the results! xo

  2. The first time I did the shred, I could hardly walk on day 3 and 4, and then miraculously on day 5, I wasn't in any pain! I was a little slack last time, I'm determined not to be this time!

  3. oooooh will be keeping updated with this, we are similar sizes, funny about different thigh measurements :)
